That's why we have a committee. The committee decides the date and time that the event will take place, and yes, it will be in the best interest of all members.

Well, I think they'd be rotated to suit everyone's time-zones somehow, we do want to include everyone or as much people so I'd think we'd keep that in mind, as Flashy said. :D FEAR NOT.
