i tried to play warframe it say engine fail when the thing start to start the game and login engine says error and close how do i fix it on steam?

Gotta give more info then that, Did you verify game integrity? Do you launch it from steam or the launcher? Did you download it from steam or the website?

i dont get anything it empty buttons i cant access any of options am not allowed it just stops as want update and start up and says engine stop

I didnt download it through steam so i can just open it as admin

Go to "steamapps/commom/warframe/tools" and there you will see you have "Launcher.exe" and "LauncherCEF.exe".
Rename "Launcher.exe" to "Launcher_original.exe" and make a copy of LauncherCEF.exe and rename "LauncherCEF-copy.exe" to "Launcher.exe".
Then run the game normaly from steam, wait a bit and the play button will be usable.
The problem is that this works only once, then you have to delete "Launcher.exe" and make another copy of "LauncherCEF" and rename it because when you start the launcher it will detect that the file is not right and automatically redownload it.
