price to performance what would you pick out of the 2 to go with a gtx 1070. i have been looking and i have found the better performance to be the  i3-8350K at stalk vs the i5-7600K. (i do plan to overclock) what would you pick?

Both garbage. 4 Cores for $190

Instead, go for a AMD Ryzen 5 1600, grab a Asus Prime x370 and grab 8GB of G Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 14-14-34 and use the DOCP Profile in your BIOS.

You are better off going with Ryzen unless you already bought the motherboard which in that case RIP.
This is my build I spent a lot on it cause I cheapped out on good parts  the first build I did and wanted my
stuff to last a couple of years  with out upgrading.
