I updated alot on the forum today. There was alot of mess that needed to be deleted or condensed. I am still not done with everything just yet but for now this will do. If you see any mistakes let me know.


Changes:
-Condensed forum sections
-Moved forum sections to more appropriate locations
-Updated forum titles and descriptions
-Removed unused forum sections
-Removed forum archive 
-Unstuck outdated threads
-Updated forum Emojis
-Arranged forum emojis in post display box
-Rebuild and recount of forum threads and posts (helps stats accuracy)
-Added thread prefixes (only admins can use this for now)
-Removed forum moderators of specific forums other than Recruiters
-Deleted unused files from web server.
-Updated Report Hackers form to match Ban Appeals form.


Edit:
-Updated User legend at the bottom of the forum index. It now includes every usergroup.



Edit 2: 
-Added top posters at the bottom of the forum index.
-Added snow for the holidays :)
