unless I am not seeing it which if that is the case sorry for this post.
the dos not seem to be a location that new members can get information about how the server works or if they need to ask a question any where they can ask it. for instance I saw someone the other day as to how you get access to the private channels in the discord or how you rank up past being a member. with a form dedicated to answering question I feel like new members will have an easer time settling in. again if this already exists sorry for waisting your time.

There is a Help forum section which can be accessed at the top of the index under "Help", although it is being updated so stay tuned for that :)
Certain Private channels can only be accessed by specified ranked members
E.g. - Only Admins can join the Admins channel

But remember that if you need any help with anything, feel free to ask a staff member :)

Thats why we have members and higher ups. I'm pretty sure someone will answer their questions. :)

Also as Stinger mentioned, we have a help section in the forums and as for the ranking up, there are commands which show the criteria for each rank. If they wish to see the rank ladder, then they can always check the roster or user group legend.

I feel like this needs an update/followup post.

We, the staff, are currently working on a large FAQ that details both Discord and forum information. Unfortunately for us, the staff, (but fortunately for future members), this document is nearing a 20 pages that both clarifies as well as explains far more than what is currently present. As a result, it is taking an abysmal amount of time to both edit and write up.
We will have this done as soon as possible and we hope you understand our delay.
