Konosuba for sure, really funny in my opinion but it doesn't have an ending and I don't think they are planning on completing it anytime soon ... hope this helps.

berserk is good but very 18+, its brutal i dont even know why i watched it but it has a good storyline

One of my favorties is Black Butler or Black Clover. They are amazing animes. I would also include SAO, but *incest*.
