Ants exist. People live.

RE: What’s the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing?’
Something that is, exists, like rocks or sheep.
Something that can grow and develop humans have categorized as living, like sheep, not rocks. It is a smaller category.

RE: What’s the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing?’
I'd say that whether or not someone or something exists is evident by experience; if you don't have the capability to experience it in any capacity and/or in any situation (such as with sight, smell, taste, touch, touch, psychic abilities, etc.), it can be safely assumed that it doesn't exist/have the potential to exist. Conversely, if you do have the capability to experience it in any capacity and/or in any situation, it can be safely assumed that it exists/has the potential to exist.
With living, I'd say that really depends on the context you're using those words in.

RE: What’s the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing?’
I think this is kinda a conflict between what people want to believe for say something about a specific religion vs what can be scientifically proven, but honestly i think everyone will be able to understand that living you can be given a purpose or can make yourself a purpose but existing doesnt have any meaning if you dont live, if i was never born i couldnt care less if north korea wants to nuke us xD

RE: What’s the difference between ‘living’ and ‘existing?’
living i feel is simply just a happier way to say existing, in my opinion existing is when u live life but when you say living it can sort of mean living life to the fullest accomplishing expectations and etc, but overall a very good question
