In my opinion, and take this with a grain of salt, don't take my word as bible.

Most girls are emotional thinkers, toxic relationships are full of drama, dramas are usually emotional roller coasters, some girls are vulnerable to emotional roller coasters.

When a guy stays in a toxic relationship it's because he has low/no self-esteem and he doesn't think he'll find someone again. Or the girl is too physically attractive, and it outweighs her toxicity.
