The SmG 05 server is awesome!! :D
But the vehicles, mainly the Banshees, are screwing things up.... its almost impossible to shoot them down with the given weapons....
The tanks are alright.. they make it more challenging, but are they really needed, when there are heavy weapons available?

Wat people do, is that they hover their banshees... over their base and sometimes charge a bit and bombard people with the fuel cannon, dual plasma cannons.... and when people are distracted in a firefight.. they make swooping dives and run down people. :o :o

To those of u who have played on the server-
Wat do u think?

Leave it as it is. The Banshees are way too busy trying to kill each other most of the time, if not some well place tank shells or hog machine gun brings them down, fuel rod gun does a reasonable job too for low flying shees.

The only thing I might remove is the ghosts, they're a bit harder to stop without a pistol to play with, they come on too fast for many shots with the FRG, and they run you over because of side sweeping when you're trying to snipe.

I had a wonderful sniper battle with one guy on the other team across the map (side to side) which ended when someone shot him with a tank shell. Meanwhile all the noobs in the middle were bombarding each other with the FRG.

Didn't see any hackers while I was there, so that's good news, but with vehicles and unlimited ammo it's only a matter of time, so everyone playing this fun mod, be on the lookout. (I just love banning hackers, glitchers, ledgers, aimbots, etc, etc, etc).
I will be doing extra patrols on this server and sniping some noobs with FRG's as I go. See you there.

PS if you have FRG, then what are you going to use it on if there are no vehicles, it's not really meant to be used on anything else.

the ghsts are actually good since there a form of transportation where u can also shoot. dont remove anything its all fun and u can kill any vehicle with just two fuel rod shots. and for ghosts runinng u over just crouch when u see one coming and they wont hit u then turn around get ur fuel rod out and shoot it down. then for tanks shooting at u well just try to dodge it as best as u can so they only have their minigun then shoot them down. lastly as for banshees they usually try to run u over so dodge then they get kinda stuck on the ground when that happens just shoot em. oh yeah the hogs, welll hogs are awesome so nothing needs to be said hope this helps

Only the banshees are the problem... as I dont use vehicles+ my gpu atm is soo bad that the flashes of the covenant weapons make my halo laaaaag, so that immensely screws up things..
I will try some stuff out tomorrow, to annihilate the banshees from the game.. (like throwing them inside the bases :fies: )
