I think my all time favourite is Minecraft since I played it a lot.
I also enjoy any open world sandbox games.

I also play a lot of singleplayer stuff, things like
Everspace - a space shooter where you scavenge resources and fight enemies in space
Duskers - a space themed dungeon crawler where you have to write code to dispatch drones into derelict ships
Bioshock Infinite
Game Dev Tycoon
TIS-100 - a game where you code to solve logical puzzles, this one is pretty hardcore if you have no coding background, I play this to beat other people's code by using the least number of lines possible
SteamWorld Dig - this one is really fun, you play as a robot miner and you dig down block by block gathering resources and killing enemies
Halcyon 6 - This is a super hardcore strategy game, you will lose time and time again. this is space themed
Hardland - this one is still in development, it's really cool but you need a powerful computer to play it. it's an RPG game in a procedurally generated world.

I have like 140 games on steam and many on other platforms, I play a lot of games.
