This is kind of strange sounding, but we have a restaurant around here that's specialty is fries.

First step is to order your burger, THEN you pick what kind of potato you want your fries made of, and what you want them fried in.

Not so weird right?

That's where you're wrong KIDDO!

Nah, you gotta get your fries deep fried in duck fat. That's right, pure unadulterated duck fat.

Once you do that, you hop on down to the home made sauce bar they have and pick up some BLUEBERRY KETCHUP. I shit you not.

Conclusion here?

Duckfat + fries + blueberry ketchup = win.
