In all Fairness, they are the same thing (ish)... it either depends on what controller layout you want best, or if you want to play halo on xbox .

Haven't had a console since PS3 (for only a few months) and Xbox 360, even though I liked PS3 more overall, there were some Xbox exclusives that I loved, don't think my opinion counts in this since it's been so long, but I like them both, go with whatever you want and look for games that you'll enjoy before buying the console.
