Yeah ive started with html for school, but i want to get into like game development/app, but they don't have classes for that

Uhhh wym? Visual studio is just a text editor so if you're saying can you write c++ code in it then yes.

Compiling is different though, you'd need a g++ compiler for that.

If I were you I would suggest going to udemy there are lots of great tutorials on there. And as for a person who knows HTML4 HTML5 CSS SASS LESS and PHP along with JS, I would suggest really looking more at JS and not so much PHP because it depends on if you're going to be a front-end or back-end developer.
