Date/Time banned: 2/01/2018, Midday.

The Reason I was banned is becouse I had apparently had nude pictures of another SmG member, which is untrue. The statement that i have nudes of an SmG member is not correct an I will tell you why...
On the day of banning I met a new member. Later in the day he was in the 'chill room' and I needed to talk to him. Since the chill room was full (8/8) I told him to come to the lounge and chat since I had something to tell him. he did not come and the statement I had for him was very important, so I threw in something to make him interested. so I messaged him 'oi bra come here i got nudes of a girl from the server come see them'. This new member then reported me and had me unlawfully banned. I know it is wrong to lie and i accept full responsibility of my actions, I am a big fan of the wonderful community we have here and promise that I will tell the truth from here on.

Reason to unban: I am a very nice, bubbly person who enjoys playing games with all members (even though I lag when playing with americans). I always wear my heart on my chest and give constructive feedback and love towards members that may need help or are feeling down. I have created everlasting friendships with various members of the server which i will dearly miss.

You ban has been discussed, here's the verdict:

Based on your description as well as what is written in the logs, you simply claimed to have the nudes, but there is no evidence to show for this.
Therefore, from the evidence at hand, we've concluded your actions to have wasted staff time due to your false claims.

However, very few actual rules being broken as a result of this lack of evidence and so you have been unbanned. Bear in mind, that for the next month, your behaviour will be monitored and if a re-offence occurs, your membership will be removed and have a far longer cool down period.
