So I'm writing my code in Visual Studio for my web design class, I've been watching this video on how to set up the css to make the website better looking, the only problem is its not recognizing the code, my teacher told me if you open a html file in studio you can type both css and html and java all in the same file, but that's not working out for me, I've read some things about how you have to >File>New Websight>ASP.NET i don't even see New web sight as an option to choose and i don't know what the hell ASP.NET means, if any one could help that would be great,
