I recommend Layers of Fear if you liked Outlast. It needs you to be more immersed in the environment rather than characters though as you are alone in the house the entire time... or are you?

Though not necessarily horror games, I suggest playing both Metro Redux games. The atmosphere and overall feeling of the games are pretty spooky if you can get into it late at night.
