When I was younger a plane crashed into a house in my friends neighborhood while I was staying over, it happened a street away and ever since then I’ve been afraid of a plane crashing into my house (apartment now) while I’m asleep even thought the chances of that are extremely sim to the point where it’s a conpletely irrational fear.

Fear of choking on anything. I've choked so many times since i started getting anxiety attacks and eating always gives me anxiety now. Drinking too.
