I put Bubbleman somehow but I want it to be SmG Bubbleman...

you need to be tried out for SmG first then if you pass try outs well...you would get in.

Don't use SmG in your tags anywhere until you have passed a tryout and have been accepted into the clan.
If you do use the clan tag, you could be kicked or even banned from the servers and/or the forums.
