I would say not as to them their life is normal.. it is just shorter than ours... just like how the blue whale or sea turtles live longer than us, yet we see our lifes as normal because we are human so we see it from a human point of view. dogs see it from a dogs point of view so it is the norm for them so i think they would still be the same.
