Dude, just put out content regularly.. I personally use youtube for regular tv and shit, sooo.. having something to look forward to (your upload schedule) is amazing. Find something you want to do, and do it!

I have some basic do's and don'ts that I've seen a lot of other youtubers have trouble with.

1. don't obsess over the numbers (views, likes, subscribers, etc.) -- do it cause you enjoy making videos
2. avoid copying other youtubers -- it's best to come up with your own ideas
3. try to edit out footage that's pointless to keep in -- having purely raw footage can result in a boring or overly long video; try to keep your video to the point and on track with whatever you're doing
