U use the[img](url%20comes%20here)[/img] and insert the url of the image.

Firstly don't double post, use the edit button at the bottom right of your post.

Secondly the best way to put pictures or vids up is to upload them to a website and then use the buttons above to add the link.
(Someone should make a tutorial about this)
For instance to put xfire pictures on, go to your xfire website click on screenshots, click on the screenshot you want to display.
Click on full size (top left hand side of picture). Right click on address at top of screen (this is the website address displayed in your browser) and copy. Open the post you want the screen shot in then select the img button above you should get this .
pasted the address you copied before between the brackets ][ like so [img]website%20address[/img]

It should look like this
