Course they do. They hide somewhere cosy and take a nap. They sleep with their eyes open.

Well animals dont really need that much sleep in general.
The reason we need so much sleep is because of our very evolved brain.
A lot of sleeping is used to save and understand "data", like emotions and things happening in that day.

yeye fish sleep. they just don't have eyelids (some sharks have them tho) so it looks like they aren't lel. they just kinda... float. I had a fish when I was younger and I would think it died when it just kinda sat there but it was just sleeping I suppose... or was it? MonkaThink

They also flop. :D Flip flop, sleep slop. I think it's just different to how we sleep, so they don't need to lay down, but still have time for everything to rest and restore.
