I just don't get why you would be so much of an asshole to a person who is usually going to be just a child aged between 9 and 14, it seems like an ugly thing to do for no good reason. I would just really like to know what the inside joke is or what the motives are.

Not sure why people are rude about that. That's not cool. :/ I know that both games are kinda memes primarily due to the fact that the general crowd associated with those games are obnoxious kids. I play Roblox with my friends from time to time for the laughs and to troll a bit. I don't enjoy the game but I enjoy messing around and having a good time with my pals on there. Also, I actually happen to know a lot of older people who enjoy playing Minecraft and enjoy the game. So ye.

Because it's populated with children and since the majority of the world are adults, they form a minority. And the world loves bullying minorities.
