Scouts lose a couple of permissions on Discord and become basically another rank for members that they can achieve for themselves.
They are still an indication of those members who want to show that they are willing to become support staff.

Wait... I assume that the mute perm that Support has is server mute? That literally just means that they're scouts that have to approve apps. In short, if that's true, it seems to be a useless role, since they can't help mod the discord that was just abandoned by the new mods XD

... The new mods started ignoring the discord chat not 1 hour after they got promoted. Smh

Originally the Scout position was not meant to have extra permission over a Senior Member or for that matter a normal Member but due to the lack of Mods at the time they were given the mute command to help our Discord. Now with the new changes and more Mods the Scout role has reverted to it's original intention of bringing more Members in and highlighting those Members who wish to do more for our community.

i think ya should ask before promoting some members to support rank that either they even want to switch or not
