Being home alone and hearing someone upstairs. I know I COULD call the cops, but me being the nervous wreck that I am would probably just hide in the bathroom with a toilet plunger as a weapon. (I don't make good decisions under pressure)

Because that'd require the common sense that I lose when I'm stressed.
