I'd move the WaBisKa to the left a little, so it's more centered between his hands. Honestly, though? You need to find a color that both stands out and goes with the picture. That particular shade of red isn't doing so well, and neither would the member shade of blue, I think.

Make it like crimson, you should also remove the speech marks from the SmG.

I think you should put a drop shadow on the name so it can be easier to read. Other than that its very good!
