When feeling stressed what do you do to release. What I do is buy a whole bunch of food and eat. I also look through my school yearbook to remind myself who I hate and who I don't in my class. It really helps.

What are some things you do to relieve some energy in a stressful situation?

I honestly just eat fast food, even though it doesn't show cause I'm a skinny qween but I think that McDonald's really helps me through all my problems ♥

I usually just end up cuddling with my gf to relieve stress :3
