I like rap so much more because it's so much more unique compared to pop music because pop music is all the same chords and singing about love. Rap music talks about real world issues or getting girls with money but it's so unique because every rapper is so different. Logic, for example, talks about his life growing up (which a lot of rappers do) but his experience was no different. Logic talks about real world issues like suicide and oppression. Pop music offers some pretty catchy melodies and lyrics but that's all it's good for.
