I am here to try and introduce a system of blocking other people using this forum, what i mean by this is an option for a user to make sure a certain NON staff member who also uses this forum unable to see their account, the reason i think this is a good idea is because their are a few people that do not like each other in SmG, so why not be able to block them?

Except half these people are children. Not sure what you're expecting.

Also someone could just make another user account and look? I don't get it.

yeah, if you dont like a person, just dont click at there post, or at there profile. 
If they try to contact you on pm/dm, ask them not to, and if they dont stop, report it. ez pz.
