 How much sleep do people get on a regular basis personally I dont get much sleep if you get more than 8 hours of sleep idk how u do it and all I can say is HOW DO YOU PEOPLE DO IT!!!!!

I prefer, 8 to 10 hrs of sleep. But recently it's been coming down to 4-5. Gotta stop drinking tea and coffee. :(

If I'm really tired or I'm sick, I'd sleep for 8 hours. I would love to sleep more but the alarm inside me just wakes me up automactically
