To be honest, all the games at E3 this year we're all really amazing. But I would have to the most hyped for Super Smash Bros Ultimate. They're bringing back every character from as far back as melee and as recent as Smash 4 (Wii U and 3DS. They're even adding the inkling from Splatoon and the HIGHLY REQUESTED Ridley from Metroid to join the 2 verions of Samus.
