No one ever puts the second GitS movie up on their lists. It was just as good, if not better than the original one. 

Other than that, Paprika, Akira, the Bebop movie, and the Trigun movie were pretty dope.

I love Anime hands down, probably some of the Dragonball Z anime movies are the best, Naruto comes in a close second.
