Hmm.. As much as it is tough to be happy during times when you are low, it's always good to try and be positive. Find the joy in the little things in life. You don't have to deny how you feel. It's okay to be sad. Just remember that it isn't the end of the world. Things will get better as long as you believe and keep fighting for your happiness. Happiness tends to be short-lived. In a way, I appreciate how it is that way because it reminds me to not take life for granted and to cherish the good moments in life. I could go on and on about this, but I will refrain. Why not try to pursue new hobbies and interests? Find things that make you laugh. Surround yourself with people who are uplifting and nurturing.

how to be happy? Oh shit, i got you. So first, you need to drive to the nearest mountain. Climb to the top. crack open a cold cocacola, drink that sucker and take a nap by a river. After all that, get in your car and go to best buy, pick up a roku, and go home. Watch some netflix until you fall asleep. Wake up, go to dairyqueen on thursday, order about 20 tacos since they are about 99 cents each on thursday. Get you a friend to devour all of them with. This is happiness to me.
