Listen to pumping and exciting music, hang out with friends, play video games, talk things out with other with what your having trouble with, or distract yourself with fun things to do.
When you're feeling down, and think that you have it pretty rough at the time being, just say this to yourself "What do I have that others lack?". Just knowing that there is ALWAYS someone out there on this large planet that has it worse than you will make you grateful for the little things you possess because it could be much worse. Hold dear the important things that remain, and leave aside the other things that bring unhappiness. Life is too short my friends...
