6. Umm Nukem said that there was already an smg neko and told me to change my nickname but i was offline for quite a while after he sent it and i got banned while i was offline
   
   
7. I should be un-banned because i have many friends on that server, I was offline when i got the dm from nukem, and honestly it was the only discord server i really paid attention to. I also posted plenty of reports in my time to help the server. I then too did encourage people to become member/newmember.

You were using someone else's nickname and was warned via dm. You were still on for over an hour afterwards which is why Nukem believes you saw it.
You were also caught saying 'Person below is a fuckface that likes to suck and swallow plastic cock' in general chat which is NSFW and your chat history has shown on multiple occasions of this behaviour.
We do not encourage this kind of behaviour which is why you were banned.

Given the circumstances, we have decided to leave you banned for a month. Feel free to DM a mod or admin after a month has passed to lift the ban. Any appeals or requests before this 1 month has passed with be ignored and may result in an extended ban period.
