Best anime series is probably naruto I have seen very few other anime’s that take so much time in character development. All people should start watching anime’s on this series for sure.

You don't need a lot of time to develop characters, you just gotta know how to do it! Assassination classroom is a good example for that.

While Naruto was decent, I can't say it was the best out there. My personal pick for the best series would be Major, while it is a baseball anime I still really enjoyed it, more so than I did Naruto.
