we should research on the spamming bots because it looks like some bots disguise as people and then spam and make the person get kicked
Please do something about this

It is impossible. Spamming bots are banned, not people. Before banned this is verified. And moderators check who they want to ban.

But my brother got banned last week because of a bot promoting him PandaCry

We have a section on banned users. If he would like to be unbanned, he could speak in it. But he did not do it. All SmG Community Ban Appeals

Just because he told you it was not him.
This does not mean that it has not been properly banned.
