3. What rank(s) did you have before you left? : Member

4. Please provide the reason you left SmG: I was on vacation, and came back to find out that my Discord was hacked, so the server may know me as Adalwolf, but I go by Setup so the hacker won't find me again.

5. What is the reason for you wanting to rejoin SmG
   and why do you think we should accept you?: I never wanted to leave the server, but I forgot to tell anyone about my vacation, so if you guys could please have me back, I want to be part of SmG again.
