For me personally, I consider Anohana to be the saddest. Especially, "We found you, Menma!" scene with Secret Base playing in the background.

OH my fucking god I have to agree. Anohana actually killed me, I've never cried so much during an anime. Literally sat there in the back seat of a car on a road trip crying my eyes out. My sister though my friend had died or something
