I personally prefer Naruto because I find it an overall better Anime.

It's very funny in some places and very serious in others. It's a perfect combination.

Bleach was a good anime but it lacked character development.
In that case, Naruto is better.

Bleach all the way. Even though Naruto as better characters and a better plot, the fight scenes and anime openings pale in comparison to bleach.
