I consider overlord to be the best isekai anime (otherwise known as getting ported to another world) The reason i consider this single anime out of the vast number of them to be on top is the way it executes it, if we are just comparing it at a glance konosuba is the worst of the list as it just ports this guy into another world as himself but then throws on comedy to make up for the lack of world building. Sword art online does it a bit better by building up a great world i just think the execution of it was well as the handling of the switching of entire games could have been a bit better like providing the same world building as the original game. Overlord just takes the cake for me because you get immense world building similar to (log horizon another good one) and you also get good execution in the fact it says its going to be an op guy teleported by himself with his entire guild hall into this other world and he has to survive the new approaching land, I think the fact he isnt human, actually shows how a person who is such an otaku and such a high level would actually handle a situation like this, and then shows that yes you got ported into another world but it doesnt mean the mmo aspect of it stops. I think if your new to anime or isekai in general for sure watch all 3 but overlord just in my opinion provides the best content for said genre
