I feel sorry that you have such a sickening mental illnes. (In a worried way). You seem so cheerfull and happy. Try to do things you enjoy, get some sunshine, dont always go on your phone or computer to play games. Cooking? Gardening? Or even sports. Dont be scared to try new things. This is my way of curing it.
it seems so simple but it really works. Trust me and give it a try
