I think I would rather be a Youtuber, although the process of becoming both are the same in difficulty being a Youtuber sounds less stressful to me. I might even start one up(possibly who knows). MonkaThink

Youtuber because it's more laidback than being a streamer.

There's much more drama involved in Twitch rather than youtube.
