Tbh, I dont think it matter how active you are or how long you have been here. 
If you want to give something to the community, if that be cracking some jokes here and there, make a vc fun to be in, or make chat worth reading.

Hm I consider a member whose active and has a good nature to be a precious commodity. As activeness for a MEMBER means dedication he has for the server and the willingness to help it grow. And good nature and the ability to handle some situations is something which they should have. Like... Ranger? Lmao! Jk jk. (love ya buddy)
