How friendly are we exactly?
How much patience do we have?
Are we following the TOS or are we slacking?

Those questions may vary from person to person, but over all, I'd say it's a very chill community.
Chill staff, but strict where it's needed, more engaged in their work for the community compared to many servers I've visited.
Staff knows how to handle many situations and maintain a form of peace in the server
Support team being active, guiding people where it's necessary.

Members behavior kind if blows my mind, never seen more friendly members anywhere than here.
Sure, there are the occasional spammers, rude people etc. but they get dealt with very quickly, which amazes me.
In other communities it'd take a while before any sort consequence would occur.

Well, I've been in servers where people bully you for no reason, staff who've abused their powers. That has become my way of seeing most communities. rarely have I seen communities as active, members being nice/kind, staff that actually are present and interact, a community that feels alive.
