This will be my first post about cooking, since some of you want it to be ez, as a clutch in CSGO

so i'll be starting off with an Asian fav ^^

Legend: T = Tablespoon

t =teaspoon

SWEET & SOUR PORK

PS: For my muslism friends in the comm, you can sub it with chicken ^^

I would recommend to sub it with a meat with a decent amount of fat

Ingredients

- Pork Tenderloin [400g]/Pork Belly > Allows meat to be moist after deep fry

- Marainade:

2T Light Soy Sauce

1t White Pepper

1T corn starch

- Batter Mixture

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup corn starch

1t baking soda

1/2t salt 

(reduces the salt in players)

2 eggs

1/4cup milk

1T cooking oil

Sweet & Sour Mix:

1/2cup Pineapple Juice

1/4cup Apple cider vinegar 

(Essential for contrast of sweet and sour)

2T Oyster sauce

3T keptchup (approx for colour)

Into the pan: approximate to your liking

1T garlic & ginger (minced)

Pineapple slices from the can

Cucumber

Tomatoes

Solids diced diced to suitable size
