To inform you, discord bans on IP and if the server has double flip verification (red) on it then bans by both IP and phone number. So if the user you verified is banned and is connected to your phone (which he is because u verified him) then you are also banned. So if you'd like to be unbanned all you have to do is tell them the name of the discord user you verified.
