I think that it would be a good idea to give scouts picture perms, meaning that they would be able to post pictures in #general. Getting scout takes a lot of effort and I think people who achieve the rank should be awarded with this unique permission. What do you guys think?

Yea, scouts need more rights. Like, you essentially need to know about 25 people in real life that are willing to join for the needed referrals. And that's hard. Especially when you are an introvert. like me thus, scout is an impossible feat for me.
