OOOO, well basically you'd just advertise (not raid) in other discord servers and advertise about the smg community with your referral link in your social media accounts and all in order to get people to join; you don't have to know the person, it can literally be just a random stranger who uses your referral account (i hope that makes sense)

Name changes can be done as Leona said through PM/DM via an admin on forums or discord, keep in mind these are limited and you can only change your name a few times.

There are always registered users on the discord that are interested, I'm sure if you help them out, provided they are interested in applying, and direct them on how to register for our forums and make an application, you are welcome to ask them to nicely refer you.
