First of all: HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! 
Second of all, here are some things to keep in mind to having a happy and safe Halloween:

1. Check candy for any suspicious things 
2. Check for Cars when crossing (bring a flashlight or some sort of light so cars can see you)
3. Go with friends so you’ll be more safer 
4. If you’re at a Halloween party, go with friends and keep your drinks with you at all times (you never know if someone will do something to it)
